These Ka210 Erasmus+ project aims to increase the number of individuals conscious about Gender Equality and sensitive to gender-based violence and to break gender stereotypes and to support individuals to cope with gender-based violence, to participate equally in production, to have easy access to employment and to receive an equal share of economic income. The project encourages having inclusive, healthy and violence-free living and educational spaces and to contribute to sustainable social change.

Women's Access to the Labour Market
Panel discussion with 74 Participants (70 students and 4 teachers).The event involved three National NGO: "Inspiring Girls Portugal", "Women Without Borders", and "Association Portuguese Victim Support Organization". The topic was "Women's Access to the Labour Market". It was a panel with three rounds of questions related to equal access, maternity, and harassment. The panel was moderated by students from the project. To that end, they had an online training session with a journalist about the structure, methodology, and techniques for moderating guest panels.
